Cancellation & Refund Policy

We understand plans can change. This policy outlines how cancellations, rescheduling and refunds are generally handled at Sara Vintage Guest House.

1. Cancellations by guests

• Cancellations made well in advance of the check-in date are treated most favourably and may be eligible for a fuller refund of any advance paid.
• Cancellations made closer to the check-in date may be eligible for a partial refund or credit toward a future stay, at our discretion.
• Cancellations made on the day of check-in, or no-shows, are generally not eligible for a refund.

2. Rescheduling

We're happy to help you reschedule your stay to another available date where possible, subject to availability. Please reach out to us as early as you can on WhatsApp or by phone.

3. Cancellations by us

In the rare event we need to cancel a confirmed booking, we will inform you as early as possible and offer a full refund of any advance paid, or help you find alternative dates.

4. How refunds are processed

Eligible refunds are processed back to the original mode of payment within a reasonable number of business days after the cancellation is confirmed.

5. Exceptional circumstances

For cancellations due to circumstances beyond your control, please contact us directly — we review such requests on a case-by-case basis.
