Please read before your stay

A few simple guidelines that help keep Sara Vintage Guest House comfortable, safe and welcoming for every group that stays with us.

1. Check-in & check-out

Check-in from 12:00 PM, check-out by 10:00 AM. Please let us know your estimated arrival time in advance.

2. Occupancy

Please keep to the number of guests confirmed at the time of booking. Additional guests should be discussed with us beforehand.

3. Quiet hours

We're set among neighbouring homes and nature — we request quiet hours after 10:30 PM out of consideration for other guests and the surrounding community.

4. Smoking & open flames

Smoking is not permitted inside the rooms. Bonfires are welcome on request, but only in the designated outdoor area and never left unattended.

5. Pets

Pets are welcome with prior notice — please let us know when enquiring so we can prepare accordingly.

6. Care of the property

The vintage furniture and decor are original to the house — we'd appreciate your care in handling them. Please report any accidental damage to our caretaker.

7. Outdoor areas

The garden, jhoola and surrounding grounds are shared spaces for all guests staying with us during your visit — please use them respectfully, especially around young children.
