These Terms & Conditions govern enquiries, bookings and stays at Sara Vintage Guest House. By enquiring or booking with us, you agree to the terms below.
Enquiries made through this website, WhatsApp or phone are not confirmed bookings until we respond with written confirmation and, where applicable, receipt of any advance payment we request.
Standard check-in is from 12:00 PM and check-out is by 10:00 AM. Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability and may be arranged on request.
Each room has a maximum occupancy as listed on our Rooms section. Please inform us in advance if your group size differs from what was booked.
Guests are expected to treat the property, its furnishings and surrounding nature with care, and to be considerate of neighbouring properties, particularly with noise in the evenings.
Guests are responsible for any damage caused to the property or its contents during their stay, beyond normal wear and tear.

While we take reasonable care to maintain a safe property, guests use common areas, the garden, swing and any recreational features at their own risk. We are not liable for loss of personal belongings.
We may update these terms from time to time. The version published on this page at the time of your booking will apply.
